Few days ago i recived a promo from o2 sayin thankyou for being a "loyal customer" over the last few years etc and they where rewarding their customers a free phone upgrade or 100 quid credited to the pay monthly account ... Happy days i thought... sent the text message and a few mins later i got one back sayin thankyou... we will be in touch shortly... Just checked on the o2 online site and there is nothin mentioned about it on my account so i gave them a ring to ask what the fook was happenin and they told me that 02 is split up into different divisions with different service providers etc and that when sending promos out they sometimes just use the central data base of o2 customers and that i wouldnt be able to recieve the reward cos it dosent apply to my service provider Demanded to talk to the "Team leader" and he advised me to phone back with the number i sent the text to and he might see if they can honour it for me just this once lol...

ahwell not a great loss , you try getting 5 numbers on the lottery and getting £99 now thast a pisstake
