Hi,
Got an interview for my placement year tomorrow. Some of my coursemates have told me that you will be asked to state some of your weaknesses.
What is the best answer to give this question?
Cheers,
James

Don't say "I don't have any, I'm perfect"......everyone has weaknesses, what you have to do is explain them in a way as to not say "I'm fcuking useless, don't hire me".
For example:
"I'm stubborn" -> "Sometimes I can be a little persistent, not wanting to give up on a problem/task until it is fully completed to my satisfaction"
Turning a weakness into a kind of 50/50 good/bad thing......some people will read tenacity into that, someone who sees a problem through to the end; others will read that you don't let go of something until it's done, ignoring deadlines and suchlike.
Interviews, don't you just hate them...

You tell them what your weaknesses are, of course.
