As some of you will remember i had a crash in feb . to cut a long story short.
Been to pub
were going for a chinese after
an asain taxi driver come booting it round a very tight corner , onto myside of the road , hit me which resulted in my corsa spining 180 degrees facing the other way.
we and my mate both hit the windscreen , i had my belt on but when the car spun i slipped out and therfore got a very close view of the glass.
police tried to nail me for driving without due care ect
then a new "asain" witness popped up saying he were behind me ,i was driving fast, i was driving on the wrong side of the road . and loads more but it was funny reading it as he had just fucked it up for the both of them
then i ignored them for a few months , got a letter saying they droppin charges on both sides
so i got a decent solisitor, my insurance company got an investigator on it .
who found out
the mr abdul who were driving the car did not even have a taxi license , and the "taxi uk" he said he were insured by did not exist
but..
the police wrote on the accident form that abdul were insured , to make it better to nail me.
so........
my insurance got onto there comp and found out the car was insured by another companie.
so waiting now to hear from the "asains" insurance company.
but been ages and nothing from them, which is breaking the law according to my insurance company as they must have to produce the "asains" details as there was ppl injured in the accident.
so its been going on for 9months
and still no further
police and the asain are wankers

yes but in this case hes fucked
he had the drivers permission so i can claim on the drivers insurance,
or if i cant the abdul will be fucked for no insurance ect
also police should get fucked as they said he had insurance

the corsa would be either shipped over there or sold mate!
and it wont be for a few years till i go and it will be for rest of my life!
