Anybody insured on a 1.6 at 18. How much you paying?
Only managed to get one quote on the internet from Sabre or sommet for £3498.
Must be something wrong.

Internet quotes will not be good for a 1.6.
Best thing you can do is to buy a cheap 1.2 8v and insure that whilst buying my engine and fitting that to your car.

How much was ur insurance?
This £3498 wasn't even in my own name, it was on my dads with 1NCB. Already been on it for a year on a 1.4 for £800.
Car I want quote for is Escort 1600RS Turbo btw.
