22-30mph over the limit is usually 4 points and £60 fine. You'll prolly be lucky and get away with the usual 3 pointer.
The 14 day NIP is often misinterprated, they have 14 days from the time they are made aware of the offence i.e. if you are flashed by a Gatso and the film is removed a week later then they still have 14 days to inform you of the offence, 28 days from the date of the offence.

He may mean its an instant ban for newbie drivers who are on a 2 year probation period and only allowed to accumulate 6 points before its game over 
Certainly going over 100 would merit 6 points
