They are shit...
They can still be twisted off and secondly they damage the thread on your valve.

The best ones are the spin caps type.

Could you please go and trash someone elses thread. I'm sure you wouldn't appreciate it if you were selling something and I came along saying 'they're sh*t etc etc'

If they were poor quality i wouldn't sell them.

No it's my opinion. They are crap and I'm giving it from experience but don't let that stand in the way of you making a quick buck from unsuspecting buyers.

Well your entitled to your opinion.

You may have a had a bad experience with them, but i can tell you that I have sold many sets of these and I have had hardly any problems with them and many happy customers.

I wouldn't describe this as trying to 'make a quick buck from unsuspecting buyers' either.
If you hadn't noticed I am running a business, this is how I make my living. I value my company's reputation and especially my reputation on this messageboard. I think if you ask anyone who has bought products or services from me via corsasport, they would tell you that they are quite happy with the service and the quality of the goods that they have received from me. I do NOT rip people off.

I'm not questioning the quality or otherwise of this product, but I will say that I fitted exactly the same product (from VX) and was well pleased with them... until some w****r decided he quite fancied them for himself and removed them with either a small socket, spanner or pliers. I decided not to buy a replacement VX set and instead go for unbadged metal caps, only to find that I couldn't get them on because the threads had been wrecked by the locking screw as they were forced off. I now have bog-standard black plastic. It's not the product that's at fault - it's just the scum that's out there whe don't give a f**k about anyone but themselves.

Forced off or not each time the locking grub screw is applied to differnet positions on the thread it damages it. They are a poor design. Sorry for stating a fact but they are. If you want damaged valves over a period of time and still like having them nicked then buy them. Not knocking GE just the product.

Title edited I see what you mean reading it again it did sound like that, (not intentionally I hasten to add)

I appreciate it's a public forum and everyone is entitled to their opinion, I just don't take to kindly to people accusing me of 'making a quick buck'

About the functionality of the product...Like I said earlier, these are quite a popular product and all of my customers that have bought them have never had any problems and have been very happy.
