it's just a photo of a car. why would he kick up a fuss about it?
got his name on the bottom too anyway, so i don't see the problem personally.

If Icy owns the copyright on the picture, he could try to get some money out of the seller....Or if not...he COULD sue him for breatch of Copyright.

trying to blag money out of the seller for use of an image sounds like kicking up a fuss to me 
i'm sure icy would be happy that his pics are being circulated, as it clearly has his name at the bottom, so he gets recognition for it even if he doesn't know it's taking place.
