I got the paper through today for my private plate and i'm goin to the DVLA office on monday what I need to know is what documents apart from my V5 do I need to take????

MOT, tax disk and insurance docs and there is also a form you fill in at the dvla office

The cars no tax or MOT and I aint insured as i'll be resitting my test again very shortly, you sure I need those things???
