My gearbox is knackered, making a really loud whining noise that was worse in 3rd gear but now they are all pretty bad, and it even popped itself out of gear for no reason yesterday  How much would i be looking at for a reconditioned one, and where from? I thought i may as well spend a few quid extra and get one that i know is in good condition!

a fully reconed one will be 500 ish quid a second hand one will be 50 - 80 quid
