i'd stay on 45's as i was thinking of 40's on my 16's and when i hit any bumps or small holes i always get a massive bang and think i've cracked an alloy.

40's and a 2L engine could end in blown out tyer or cracked alloy as they are like rubber bands.

thats what i was thinking. 45's are a much safer option

yer, i would love 40's they look so much better but being practical the roads are no pot hole free and if ya did crack one with 40's on, god help ya

it's also the 2ltr, alot more weight on the front tyres.

Only just seen this bud!

You happy with them? sorry for the delay like! - I use ANC as they are the cheapest courier, but not 100% reliable - always get there eventually thou!

Tyrewise, I may be able to help there also with some partworns?

Ive only got 205/45's here at the moment, but I should be able to lay y hands on some 195/45's yokos or michys.. towards the end of the week..

4.5mm+ of tread and about £20 each.. (delivered)
