Dad owns a market stall on market...its basically a trailer, with lots of bars...
one side there is a bar that comes off of the trailer and to a post on the edge of the market.
He sets this up on a fri night ready 4 a sat market, which he gets there at 3am and doesnt leave till 6pm.
he recived a letter through the post yesterday from the council stating that sum1 wanted to make a claim against him, it included a letter from the claimer.
2 cut the letter short, it basically said, at 6pm on fri night (last evening of hols) the family was walkin throught the market place, and there 14yr old daughter was running ahead of them, and ran into the bar. there is then lots of pictures of her daughther with this cut eye...
then there is some pictures of her and her cut eye....
and 2 pics of her standing infront of the bar, showing it at her eye level..
Dad thought shit...its all possible and has sent this 2 his legal people and they are gonna sort it out...
i was just sitting at the table and having dinner, and suddenly thought, how did they get the pics of her standing with the bar at eye level??
because it must have been dark once they got back from hospital like they said and as she was in different clothes to what they show blood on, it must b the next day.
if it was the next day, there would be the rest of the stall in view and a our other trailer from where they took the pic.
Fuckin arseholes, y do people do this??

Typical,
Theres no such thing as humans being responsible for their own actions anymore. Its sick.
I know it must suck for them, but then accidents happen and sometimes theres no one to blame. just fuckin deal with it.
I hate people like this, i feel for you mate, hope it gets thrown out!
