Need some help folks. (sorry it's so long!)
Upgraded to V600 from Nokia 7250i. Got new hanset yesterday afternoon, when I got home took sim card out of Nokia, put into V600 and put the thing on to charge. Got up to go to work (been charging for about 12 hours or so) and turn phone on. All I get is keypad lighting up and screen lighting up, nothing is actually displayed on screen. If I hold down on/off button it sometimes makes noises, the front circular lights may flash every 10 secs or so, every now and then blue screen on cover lights up?? 
Still on charger here at work, o2 customer services aint got a scooby.
Have I been sent a dud??  I think so, just wondering if anyone else had similar probs or if I'm just being dim and not doing something right!!
