Thinners should shift it, failing that just let it dry and peel it off. Won't do you any real harm anyway, been covered in the stuff too on occasion...

pmsl! my arms r covered in it! theres nothin u cand just use a nail brush n scrub wen in shower n it will all be off i n a couple/few days....thineers etc wont do it

Ive just hit it with thinners again, now its drying off, and it seems to be shifting it slowly but surely........

soap powder... rub ure hands together, shifts oil a treat too
