i ordered a product from COSSVAUX 2 weeks a go, and the next day, after i odered i canceled the order! he was a tit on the phone and said i was going to pay for the good i havent received.
so week after, i rang up, and he said he has refunded the money, and syil no sign of it!! 2 weeks on and STILL no refund, every time i ring up, he says yeah yeah i'v done it, and trys and gets rid of me on the fone. just spoke to him now, and he said he will email the details to me to prove hes done it, but y bother, just a bank statement would show he has done it!!!
so off tomorrow to get legal advise, because he seems a complete TWAT, and i want my money bk.
refunds dont take 2 weeks, my bank said MAX 5 days.
im tempted to go and make a visit to c him!!

Check out the threads about your rights when buying goods.
Also seek advise from your local trading standards office. They will be able to fully explain where you stand legally.

a work in the fraud dept for the bank mate and we would never take that on as fraud. you gave your details to the guy so it would be put down as a dispute with the merchant. contact your card provider and ask them to freeze the transaction on your account and contact coss vaux on your behalf to have the funds charged back to your account.hope this helps

no just contact trading standard because for one he is in breach of the Distance Selling Regulations which is a big no no for a mail order company.
Trading standards will defo sort it

yea it sucks mate, but the reason they do it is so they can make some interest on the money being in their bank account, therefore...in theory they are getting free money from this, which is wrong, but you cant really do anything about it (apart from getting your money bank and not the interest gained on it)
