the grip test used to cause problems for women doing the physical, but that has been taken out now so im sure ally will have no prblem.

I used to get level 10/11 on the bleep test at school, used to the only girl running with lads after level 8.
Got asked to run for Hull but it ment going to a meeting in my break time and I wanted go to Yankee Burger with me mates so passed up the opportunity

I have been in about 3 years now, bleep test is 5.4 which is pathetic, if you cannot do this you are very unwell
I am halfway through a firearms course where you have to get at least 12, bit more like it!

fitness tests are easy...they keep lowering the levels as well to get a wider variety of ppl in
