about 2 weeks ago someone mentioned that u can get road tax by doin it on the net.....can anyone remember where the topic is or the link as i cant find it

You'll need the MOT paper to enter the certificate number into the site?
Can't you just go to the place that did your MOT and ask for a duplicate?
