Failed on frayed handbrake cable, illegal rear clusters (little seperators have come off so a little red light shows when the indicators are on ) and an insecure exhaust.
Happy days. Glad its only small things tho

Try getting in touch with your local council as they usually have a transport section that will do the MOT for you.
Also means that becasue they don't fix things that they won't fail the car just so that they can get the repair work

Ah, the advantages of working for a main dealer! Good mates with all the testers, so firstly get all my and my mates MOTs for £21, and secondly they'll pass it because ill get round to fixing the defects at some point. Maybe next year! Wont pass serious defects tho, dont get me wrong! Stuff like get emissions test off another car so passes cat test with no cat is a bonus!

Best thing is you take in your maters of mates of mates cars, but dont mention the discount you get! So £21 on each car i take in. I must own around 30 cars on our system! Downpoint is i get 30 MOT reminders each yr from our garage! Gonna get even better now, cos we're doing free MOTs for existing customer, but i get the voucher sent to my house! £42 profit coming my way!

£21? Thats expensive. I pay £15 at my mates dad's garage. Granted he doesnt fix little things on the spot but he is pretty safe and will always sort out the bits after hours for some beer money
