I think Sabelt... Were in the Ferrari F40, so good enough for me...

If they carry a CE or FIA logo then they will be the same quality...

Basically yea - same with other safety stuff - like motorbike helmets - they come in different degrees of strength, from normal use to full motorsport and have different CE markings and a different one from a different organisation. Though, with harnesses I guess they only come in motorsport strength... Only buy ones which have those logos sewn into them...
