i am not a buisness.
i am one person.

now if someone buys somthing that was working
and it came out of one car
they want to fit it to a different car

but they say it doesnt work

are they entitled to a refund? bearing in mind its a 2nd hand part for a start and i dont know what theve done to it? "they could have broken it"
