PCD 45? He means offset.

Get him to check the PCD (should be 100) and the offset (preferably between et40 and et49).

Well the PCD needs to be 100, he says its 45 so i take that as meaning the offset. TBH he dont seem to know much and i've not known Honda wheels to fit Vauxhalls

honda wheels do fit vauxhalls obviously not all but some do
