Bloody hard work, and its all about roundabouts!

If you haven't got the cash to do the advertising its hard to get the business known but if you don't have the sales you haven't got the cash to do it!

Do a business plan and a financial forcast. The forcast is a pile of rubbish cause you really don't know how you are going to do, luckily we have tripled our estimated annual turnover in the 1st 7 months!

Get in touch with Business Link and Princes Trust. I got £1500 worth of grants to help with advertising and the website.

Post over, sorry its so long :-)

Very hard work mate, we work at least 12 hours a day, 7 days a week and still rarely taking a wage out of it. Fair enough we've gone into much bigger premises etc than we expected to be at this point but then we've also done it with no financial help. I use www.startinbusiness.co.uk quite a bit for advice. If you need any help mate, just give me an u2u and ill do my best to try and advise you.
Cheers
Rich
