I got totally put off the guy when he told drunkenfool that he would supply him with better quality dials than somewhere else, and he charged £30 more for these, but he ordered them from that somewhere else and sent them on, only to realise that he ordered the wrong ones

scott is a sound guy but he promises things that cant be done.. even tho they havent been running a year.. maybe give them a little time.

never had any problems with them
scott even went out of his way to find me a set of wheels which where not being made no more (found then 2nd hand)
i think is 50/50 some people have had good some people bad

 Yesh! That was the 2nd (and last) time i used them, frst time i was lied to about when my wheels would be delivered, refused to be told a consignment number to track the parcel etc The dials took 9 weeks to arrive, charged £30 extra cos i was told they were better quality than the competition's, but had the competetion's logo stamped on the fucking things Oh and then it took another 6 weeks of ringing at least 3 times a week to get a refund.

Those are the ones i was sent by illusion, charged £30 more than if i got them from plazmadials.com cos "they are better quality", plus they werent even the ones for a corsa B I dont see how anyone can give them the benefit of the doubt when they literally lie to the customers.

I waited 4 week for sideskirts that I ordered from Illusion to turn up but they never did even after being promised they would arrive either Monday or Tuesday of next week (you know the ussual story). I then had to wait a further 2 weeks 2 get a refund.
They had to do the refund 3 times as it "didn't work" the first or second times.
Stay clear bud

tbh i personally didnt have any trouble, BUT i then reccomended him to a m8 and he got mucked about something stupid.
I learnt my lesson there and WILL NOT reccomend him to anyone now.
