Ive got a hole in my floorpan(trolly jack incident:S ) , what could I patch it up with?????
Was thinking about bashing it back into shape with a hammer, bit of cardboard and some glue.....then some silicon sealant on both sides to stop water getting in

best way - cut out old damaged section, weld a new section in
bodger - bash back into shape and glassfibre both sides... sand and paint black so it looks 'normal'

when ya paint it black throw muck at the wet paint we filled an A Serias Manta Chasis with newspaper and fibre lgass to get it through and MOT and done that to give it the 'Used' look.
Only noticed the problem the night before so was a quick fix. fixed it properly a few months later(when it all fell out )
