the link above was my car on ebay it did not sell and was just wondering if anyone had any ideas for the way togo now not really sure on what to do its reserve was £3800 would of thought I would of got that easily any ideas what to do I want more for it than that but how do I entice the bidders maybe atsrt off at £3500 with no reserve what do u think either that or auto trader is my only option any help appreciated thanks Paul...

Whats the least you would take? start it at that with no reserve! Or contact the highest bidder from last time round, tell him you plan to relist and see if you can do a deal with him.

i would contact the 3,700 bidder and ask if hes interested, as its only 100 pound off.

maybe contact some of the bidder's who bidded for your car - and tell them wht u really want for it / tell them your situation - if they really wanted your car they may just be tempted to buy your car

They might be a bit wary though. A lass i work wih got a bargain. a clio 53 reg, 14k, for £3200. She was outbid by £100. they then contacted her saying they fell through, and does she want it? she said yes, transferred the money, and then never heard anything. it was a fake address and a fake bank account.

cant do that really cos it was friends off here that werre bumping the price up before the reserve so that a last minute bidder would go over the reserve just they never came I did get some emails for it though so I will contact them

well thats stupid then, personally for soemthing as expensive as a car, i would only do cash on collection, because u cant trust i couldnt trust a random with 3,700 of the money could be too tempting.
