if i remember rightly, they are plastic light protectors, you can get them from vauxhall, all you do is tint them! black.

best to buy the proectors (the ones u see on cars driven by old ppl) and get them sprayed up.

this means that u can take them off at nite so the cops cant do ya.

looks well good in real life, ask boyracer2002, its his mates car.

i dont think there painted, its like a film thats all black dot on it, so the light can shine throu, well thats how it looked to me when i had a quick look in the flesh.
