Its been going on for over a week now, ive formatted and reinstalled windows THREE times and set all the security levels as low as they go and deleted all cookies and i just cannot sign in

It doesnt say password incorrect or anything it just goes back to the log in screen

and in the address bar at the top it says something like .....loginsuccessful.

Help

Oh and Ive d/l'd latest IE etc

weird.... netscape try it.. and yes i know u have said u formated 3 times... but just try it.
