This is better

Weight: 660 kilos with fuel, water, oil etc... ready to run.
Power: 320 bhp giving 485 bhp/ton
Gear Ratio: 1st gear is good for 62mph, 2nd does 85mph, 3rd does 103mph, 4th 116mph, 5th 129mph and a top speed of 140 in 6th gear.
Torque: 160 lb ft at 8500rpm.

Or for £17.5k you could build this single engined Mini, got no pics though... Would look similar to this though:

Hyabusa Turbo Suzuki with ½ tank of fuel, all steel bodyshell, boot bonnet trimmed for road use and ready to drive:
Weight 650 kilos
Front Axle 320 kilos
Rear Axle 330 kilos
0 to 60mph 3.4 seconds
100 to 0mhp 4.9 seconds
Standing quartermile 11.0 seconds
With terminal speed of 130 mph
BHP at Crank 400
Power to weight ratio 615bhp/tonne
This can be self built from £17,500

why not just spend 10k on putting 2 motorbike engines into a corsa

News flash: Corsa's aren't the only car in the world. Also, Corsa's weigh alot, you woudn't get a power to weight ratio of over 300bhp per tonne. You wouldn't get go-kart handling cos Corsa's are too big and there are thousands and thousands of donor cars available to do the Mini conversion.

Also, it's a lot cheaper to put 2 motorbike engines in a Mini. The kit is about £4.5k, the engines are about £800 for Yamaha R1's and a shell can be bought for as little as £100...

The top engine is a 1.6 or a 1.8. Looking at the seats, they look like 1.6 VTi seats, so i'm guessing its a 1.6 engine and its unlikely to be 280bhp. More likely 180bhp..
