i have become excited about the prospect of getting a mk1/2 golf gti and the cheap insurance available with classic insurance!

which companies offer this type of cover and are there certain terms and conditions?
i am grateful for any help

HIC were always good when i had a classic, limited milage, agreed values etc, reasonable excesses from what i remember!

search for classic car insurance? i had no problem finding insurance for my 1972 beetle.

I pay £400 fully comp with full coverage of restoration

they sometimes have mileage caps on them

£15k will get you a good one!!! unless you wanna spend £££££'s restoring it. ive done everythig myself to mine, appart from the floor..payed it for £350, its now worth about £2k
