How much is it gonna cost me to do a straight engine conversion for a 1.6 16v sport engine?

All the brackets are the same aren't they?

the engine its self could be picked up for £300ish quid, if ya got EPS (electronic power steering) steer clear of the C16XE engine, its a nightmare
