Figured as my girlfriend lives in Southampton which is a 170 mile drive I better get it sorted in a 9 year old 105,000 mile car! Not sure which is the best to opt for tho???

i got RAC, covers me in which ever car i'm in, even if i just a passenger, used em a few times and had no prob's...

got AA here...same thing like 3CM, my old man has a package with the AA that covers the whole family and i get a yellow card
However, i think AA has started to go on car registration plates rather than the car, so if your in your mates and his car breaks down you cant use your card help him (unless he is with the AA etc).

i think my old man is paying around 90 quid a year, for three people and that has stuff like home start etc etc

use britannia rescue but only cus my dad uses them and its cheap add me on to the membership

got full RAC cover, family deal, full monty service for £30 a year due to some deal with Tesco, got breakdown cover but dont own a license or a car

RAC cant remember how much, but dont just go for cheapest see what you are covered for and what best suits you, ie i had to pay a bit more for at home recovey or otherwise they wouldnt come out if car was on drive or less than 2 or 3 miles (cant rember exactly how far) from home

I've got mine with the bank for the AA. It's £5 a month which isn't bad as it covers all my cards for thief and my moby
