I have the DT, I love it.
Sticks to the road, quick (pisses on a few faster petrol cars over 70), good fuel economy.

2.0 td is a hdi engine. Very refined, economical and tunable (+30bhp for about £250). 150+ easily achieved.

18, No NCB, No Claims, Licence for 0 years is about £1600, for a 1.9TD, if that helps.
It was £1850 when I was 17 , and about £12-1300 now I've done Pass Plus.

Depends how much they lower the car? Anything over about 30mm drop is dangerous around where I live.
