 8 weeks on since reporting my car getting knicked still nothing, dads on the phone to them now, "sorry mr jones but none of your modifications are covered, we've been trying to contact you for weeks and we've sent a letter out"  gotta be aving a laugh surely

tesco, got it alllll on my insurance docs, additional modifications, full bodykit and wheels, plus stereo cover

does it state that these things are covered on the letter though, or does it just say that you have informed them they are on the car? obviously the stereo cover does but what about the rest? it could be that they acknoloage that they are on but dotn cover them if the car is stolen/written off, just replace with standard stuff
