for those that no my modded corsa was wrote off 4 mths ago
(see my garage)

the 3rd party pulled out of a junction without stopping, when there were give way signs present.

anyways it has to go to court cos she wont drop the claim stating i was at fault...

now they have offered me a 50:50 split in the case.. told them to GTF!!

will be 25-33 weeks b4 it goes to court though.

but my insurance company r so stupid..they say they cant find records of me attending a doctor the day after the accident.. cos they checked hospitcal records when i went to a doctors surgery as i put! fools!

i have to go to the docs and see if he he recorded it.. if not im gona screw at him

i went on 1st march for general checkup for neck pain, he checked me over, said take paracetamol.had week off work back got worse went back the week after and he said id pulled back and neck muscles signed me off work for a week..

so surely he must of recorded this..

mine was gonna go to court but cudnt be arsed waiting 40 odd weeks for a court date so i just accepted the compensation they offered. 1300

but its better than it being my fault

annoys me, first they say its all my fault, i counter all their witnesses claims as he changes his mind over what side of the road i was on, speed, where he was standing etc.

and now as i wont give in and it goes to court they offer 50:50! idiots!

if you had a week off work. then surly you had a sick note. Wouldnt work keep the sick note if worse came to worse?
