It's a canon D10 with a 100mm macro lens 1:2.8. used a mobile flash and held it above the glass. most were 1/180s shutter speeds and they were all f/9.5. this was in manual mode

Bang the aperture up even more and manually focus to the middle of the glass. I'd also go for a faster shutter just to make sure all the movement is elsewhere completely sharp. Max out your flash as well, you'll need all the light you can get.
