I was accelerating away from the roundabout and then i noticed the cop car behind me so i went round some back streets and pulled over. The asked if my exhust was supposed to sound like that, cos in his words "i thought there was a thunderstorm inside the car" I explaied to him that i have a 2 litre engine, the cat disintegrated last week and its booked in to be sorted etc and he was really friendly. Stood around for about 5 mins talking about the car, performance, how much insurance is etc, gave me a producer and went on his way. Another example of a good policeman doing his job I think I should get my exhaust sorted soon though!

Ive had the cat taken out, but the silencer has bits of the cat in it It goes better now, but is far too loud. I want to get it tested just out of interest.
