i think u had be doing 30MPH over limit to get a ban, hense people get away without a ban if caught less than 100 on M-Way etc

Its not so cut and dried, you can technically be banned for very little, its very rare though.

I got let off for 'upto 75mph' in a 60. Pretty sure i was doing 75. but he let me off so i wasnt gonna argue
