Was doing 40 on a 40 road and i see this learner doing 25 - 30 -- so i signal and move over. So what do they do, pull over to the right hand lane just as i'm about to overtake. Had to slam on  Totally filled the road with smoke and killed my tyres. I must have just missed them by inches 
It was a BSM instructor with the driver too. If i had of lost my NCB in the last week i would have cracked both of them, no joking.

Agreed, the brakes are a load of shite First time i've had to really use them though
It could have been a really bad crash though if i had of lost contol and skid onto the other side of the road. 40 + 40 could have been me killed.
