I bought one of those for my fiancee passing her test and the other day the driver side CV joint started to play up, on friday it got so bad that the whole car was vibrating so I drove it home at crawling speeds and parked it up, i've just checked it and theres no movment in the wheel so I thought i'd check the passenger side as well, I pulled the hub cap off only to have 2 out of the 3 wheel bolts fall at my feet  I check the third and found that it was hanging onto the wheel by a couple of threads, how fuking lucky were we as we usually blat down the motorway comming home from work.
I think i'll be checking them more regulary now

tell me bout it, i've checked the hub just to make sure its ok and that all the threads are in place, seems ok.

you had tyres put on recently????
I had Skids fit alloys to my Corsa and 1 nearly fell off after about a week....they do tell you to check them after 100miles tho
