i was doing about 75 constant by my speedo on the bypass the other day,and i was traveling with a 106.when i stopped the 106 driver sed he was doin 85.Got me a bit worried now ,can stnd to 17" wheels make that much difference?

i went from standard 15" to 17" and didnt change hardly nothing

But if you went from 13" steelies to 17" it might change quite alot.
Only way you gonna find out is if you follow 2 or 3 people and at the same speed. if they all say your doing 85 well you better get it sorted out.

yeh i know got me worried abit now ,it was from 13" to 17"

there is a site that peoepl have posted up whre u put in your old wheel and tyre sizes and new and it'll tell u how much your speedo will be out by but cant remeber the link but if u do a search on here u'll find it easily, i'd say 13 to 17 is def gonna make a dif though mate

Factory speedos over-read, you've most likely made yours more correct by fitting bigger wheels. The only way to be sure is to us GPS to get a proper idea. While you're there do it in the 106 and surprise him as well.

cheers ian ,ive had 17"s for about year and a half now and ive never been pulled or flashed by a camera.it was just when he sed 10 mph out i though that is a fair bit .
might try it with some other cars and see what there speedos say
