should look good, are you fitting the carbon to old door cards or just having the carbon?

if the door cards are strong enough then bonnet and front wings next, painted over tho

u gonna take a mould of the original wings and bonnet and contstruct from there - if So Id recommend Polyeurathane foam for the mould - would be easier to work with - but ur gonna have to make a support structure for the bonnet somehow as well

I was thinking of covering the wings in clingfilm or similar then lay up wet sheets over the top, and seeing as it's not gonna be visable I can just sand it down smooth and paint

if ur doing it like that - how u gonna make the internal bit that sits under the bonnet and fastens to the chassis - just lip it over and hope for the best???

do one side how i said, take the bonnet off and repeat on the underside then bond the 2 1/2's together

still got to do the top layer, but looking ok sa far

not to bad to work with, but need an autoclave for serious stong stuff

Got the carbon off a bloke on ebay, can't remember the resin tho

Replace all body pannels with Kevlar. Thats the way to go
