Bored to 2.2? Why wouldn't you just grab a CR-V bottom end, or H22A from a Prelude and add a ITR head?
Sounds like the hard way to do things

That’s a imported 1.5, and it's running at 160Bhp, and it is quick and light at the moment.
So yes…..it would be a right little killer in that Del Sol thingy.

Is that a vielside kit on it?
Looks well smart!
He is going to want bigger wheels and a decent LSD if he is going to try and put 320bhp to the floor in that little matchbox!
I take it they are front wheel drive?

No Mate is the Kingdom Development's Type VR Kit.
Those are 17's on at the mo, and i know he was looking to put bigger wheels on anyways, but not sure what he had in mind.
And yes they are front wheeled drived.

The prelude engine is completely different and won't mount up to an B series head. Not sure which engines the CRV uses, but I know that you can use the B20 block

It's FWD however apparently some one has put one of those 2.2L Prelude engines in a Del Sol, and never had problems.
