just this thing i want is $10 on usa ebay (6-7 quid) and £30 on uk amazon

Amazon ship to the UK as i deliver their stuff all the time.
eBay, i've bought stuff before usually i e-mail the seller to ask them if they'll ship it if i pay the full shipping and insurance.
