from your licence, ie ponts etc

how much?
where is it sent?
what form do i need?

oh and i need to update the photo--or should i do that at a later date as the dvla cant do 2 thing at the same time

If they've expired you're just basically asking for a duplicate replacement licence, however much that costs.

I personally wouldn't bother - you don't still 'have' them just because they're written on!

i still have my old paper licence,
with 6 points on only 3 count tho as the others came off last month.

dosnt matter if they are on there still they will have expired
