We all ganged up on him and tried to get him in trouble.
In the end after loads of e-mails etc etc we heard he had died 
Anyway got a letter from the police today and i was crap scared thinking what have i done Anyway it was a witness statment for a a guy on ebay who received £50's worth of my money but never sent the goods and they have been arrested and released on bail 
Could be interesting !
Only thing is i dont have any of the details anymore, and can't really be assed... Do i have to do this ?

He sold me an item and i never received the good and i had paid for it (over a yr ago)
they have no both been caught and arrested as they have done this to thousands of people !!!!

thats what i thought, i then gave up... received this letter today over 1 year and a half later !
Nave no details anymore or anything
Do i have to fill this out cos it says the info i state has to be correct if it isnt i could get prosecuted

fill it to the best of your knowledge
and send it off
state that you cant fully remeber as it was while ago
