Freeserve have cut my e-mail off I've no idea why

Anyway i've been thinking of what to do. Should i:

Create a new one, and down grade my account as i paying for a load of crap i don't use; and pay for another e-mail address, one which is not gonna get cut off.

Or should i just change ISP. Bearing in mind there will be a lot of pissing around with both ISPs and at the bank.

sure they haven't just down graded you t pay as u go???
happened to me when didn't pay my bill...Couldn't get on net or that..I had to phone they never told me....
