Was gonna wait a year and get a Tigra and a larger car but i might as well get the larger car now and still get the Tigra in a year. Gives me some time then to save some money for a decent Tigra

Then why don't you just go and buy one local for £1500 rather than trying to get this lump of crap on ebay... as Drew said, if the guy has a buy it now price of £2200 I don't think £1500 or lower was in his original plans of selling cost.
