SPL Petition

Its about Caley Thistle not being able to move up to the Premier league due to the capacity of their home stadium, which means Partick wont get relgated.

thing is tho, if the rules state you have to have a stadium of x capicity or such a quality then they have to have it or they cant progress to the higher division
