For f*ck sake!!!
Since july last year I have been waiting for bits!! PArts have been cancelled, credit notes given etc etc............
Now i've been waiting 5 1/2 weeks for something that they told me they have in stock!! 
Phoned them up to cancel it because i've had enough of their lies and the sh*t that they speak, of course now they can't refund me because the part has been ordered on a credit note, given because i cancelled a single wiper i had waited 6 1/2 months for!!! Like i'm ever going to use it to buy anything else from them!! 
useless fookers!!
Their customer service is soooooo totally sh*t!! Surely recently they have lost loads of customers as well!!
With any luck they'll get into some financial problems that will make them pull their finger out of their arse's and start providing a service that people can rely on again!!! it has to happen eventually!! All the crap they spout, how they never call you back etc!
Gonna have to confront them at PVS show as I now have amassed £347 in credit notes from their f*ck up's that i'll never use!!!
Now they won't answer their phones either!!
Everyone knows how bad they are, now they are just getting worse!!!
Steer well clear of these useless chimps!!

if any 1 else has probs with PVD and going to PVS im sure they will be there y dont we all go and c them all at once get things sorted

get a list of names of people who have been messed about, as big a list as possible and head straight for watchdog on tv. That will fuck them up with anyone else thinking of ordering from them. When they see all the problems, they will soon find somewhere else to source their parts.

Just to add some balance to the endless "PVD are crap threads", I've just received more good service from them (as I always have). I returned some clusters 3 months ago cos I changed my mind and decided I didn't like them - they offered me a credit note for the full amount including postage. Yesterday I used that towards a set of Bridgestone S03 tyres, which arrived today (thanks Joff ). Not only that, but PVD's price was also the cheapest of several I was quoted.
Not saying everyone's experienced the same levels of service as I have, but by the same token, it's not all bad news, which is the impression you sometimes get on this board.

Still waiting for my fcuking lexmaul grille, been 6 weeks now, was told 3, looks like ill have a 6 month wait then.
Last time im buying from then, used to speak to pete on icq as well, he was sound as a pound.
