Typical. Brand new car, 1 month old a few days ago, just under 1300 miles on the clock and I've 3 huge stone chips on the front of the bonnet. One of them is actually dented.
Every road I travel on has roadworks on it, so it's impossible to avoid the stones. If it keeps up like this I'll need a new bonnet by August....

Corsa SXi - Silver Lightning in colour. The last car I had stonechip problems with was a Clio. The Laguna and Astra I had since never seemed to get chipped.

could bethe bigger cars are higher off the ground so the stones dont get as far up as often?
