rac had one where u put in the reg and it gave u the amount of owners, model etc

wont be able to do this unless you pay because of the data protection act and all because companies have to pay for the right to give out this info best way is run a hpi check of the car?? depends what u need it for? or if u have someone u know in the plod get them to run it thru for u
